Going through the process wholeheartedly despite not knowing what the outcome would be.

In a nutshell a transformational change is a must and a necessity.

Transforming the way we think to work for different results instead of getting stuck on the processes that have not worked for the Alkebulan in the past and presently.

This is the work that's needs to be done. This is the work we are shying away from because we have become comfortable in the systems that ain't working.
