Go on YouTube and look up (Earthing) inside and (Barefoot Walking) outside on grounded Earth - There's a reason rubber insulated shoes in the early 70's were designed to create health problems. We are electrical beings that need connection to our suns electrical protons and earths grounding electrons, without this connection we get sickly and weak, dying an early painful death.
