Michigan State Police In Northern Michigan Showing The Christmas Spirit

Michigan State Police in Gaylord showed the Christmas Spirit, when they helped a motorist in need over the weekend.

It happened after a trooper stopped to help a motorist with a flat tire and learned that the driver didn’t have the money to replace the tire and noticed all four tires needed to be replaced.

Through the MSP program known as STOP, they were able to pay for four new tires and cover the bill for towing.

STOP, which stands for State Trooper Outreach Partnership, is an initiative that bring troopers and citizens together to mentor youth, improve the community and support those in need.
