NSW Police outlaw me and refuse to communicate, I will surrender upon warrant.

NSW police will not send the warrant they say is for me. this is proof. I have never recieved a summons/warrant in these matters but they still have me as "wanted." The court does not have an oath of service from the police saying I was served, This is criminal under the Section 33 of the Bail Act 2013 NSW. WTF!!! The warrant is fraudulent if it even exists.
