This HOA Karen Wins The Douchebag Of The Year Award After This Performance

This is why a red flag should always go up in your mind when you're thinking about buying a home or condo that falls under the rule of an HOA(Home Owners' Association). Most HOAs are tyrannical and will nitpick you to death over trivial nonsense. Such is the case here. This HOA a-hole walked up to this home which just had a few deliveries throughout the day and fined them 120 dollars because of a stupid rule that states you can't have a package on your porch for more than 6 hours. 6 HOURS? Most people work at least 8 and with travel, that's 9 hours. On top of the snarky fine, the HOA turd seems quite jealous of the homeowner's purchasing power, which is none of his business. Let's hope this nut gets fired but in all likelihood, they will replace him with another annoying Karen who will terrorize the neighborhood.
