With apologies to everyone who can’t think their way past ‘orange man bad’, the pending federal indictments against President Trump present genuine constitutional concerns.

I think it’s wise for the Supreme Court to weigh in and I think it’s trash to present only one side of this issue (looking at you Jack Smith).
