So I was talking with my good buddy Sauron and he suggested a wonderful meal of Marrow Bones, so I had him on the show as a guest!

I will smoke Marrow Bones and then cook them up proper with olive oil and garlic, a bit of paprika, slat and pepper, then server them on toasted french baguette slices!
