In this video we make pleated fan circles. I found this craft in my Papercrafting in No Time book by Claire Youngs that I bought at Value Village thrift stores for $1.99. The book said these make wonderful decorations for any time of year. They would look stunning made in gold and silver for a wedding party, for instance. You could also make smaller ones to decorate a gift instead of using ribbon bows. Such great ideas!
