When it comes to human health, forced profit is a clear violation of articles 7 as well as 4 and 5 of the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights). The best thing which nations can do before May 27 (i.e. the pending World Health Assembly) is to pass laws in which these violations are followed by huge financial sanctions. That way, they can get back in a peaceful way the billions of dollars which big pharma has stolen by means of fraud, corruption and propaganda.
