In this song, Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress, there are a series of KEY Alchemical Lines that give away the True, Deeper Meaning to this Song that most everyone thinks is about some Sexy Woman that the Narrator falls for...it starts with the First Verse...

These lines are entirely Alchemical in Nature, Saturday Night is the Sabbath, which is this Deeply Spiritual Day for us to connect with God, 'Downtown', Alchemically, means that the Narrator was LOW, down in his Root, Muludhara Chakra...the line, Working for the FBI, simply refers to the fact that the Narrator is a Righteous Man, trying to Clean Up 'Crime' in his Life, but when we are sitting around in a Nest of Bad-Men, then the Temptations run High and are Hard to Resist, hence, the Whiskey bottles pile High, rather than our Frequency...then came the 2nd Verse...

The Bootlegging Boozers on the West, or LEFT hand side, who are just plain Wrong, represent the Cabal, exploiters of others Weaknesses, offering them Temptations...so the Narrator was just about to 'Dial Up' Jesus, when he heard this Wombman Sing this Song (but which song would he 'Hear', the Siren's Song of Sin, or that of an Angel wanting to Rise?)...

Now, as you go through the rest of the Song, focus on each line SPIRITUALLY and NOT Literally, and the rest of the song will reveal itself to you, including the line, 'Then suddenly we heard the SIRENS and everybody started to Run', which means that this Beautiful Moment WITHIN was disrupted by a DISTRACTION, which is why the use of the word SIREN, which Spiritually, is used for a Whorish, Fallen Woman, attempting to Distract us away from Purity and God, which is why Everybody started to Run...
