Aid agencies: 'Humanitarian crisis in water and sanitation' | Israel-Hamas war

UNICEF spokesperson James Elder tells Sky News the humanitarian effort in Gaza is being hampered by the "low baseline" of supplies of food and water that people have been living with.

Mr Elder outlines how many families have had to move up to four times from northern Gaza, under constant threat of aerial bombardment from Israeli forces.
