Today we're discussing suicide and I'm sharing my story with y'all. As hard as it is to relive what I went through, if it helps even just one person then it's worth it to me. Please know that your life MATTERS and you are IMPORTANT! If you or anyone you know is battling suicidal thoughts or attempts, please reach out to us! We're not therapists or psychologists but we are here to listen and to help you find the help that you need. No judgement whatsoever. We would like to hear from y'all, about your experiences, if you're comfortable sharing. Even if it's not you but someone near and dear that you were affected.
