This is how a chef at a restaurant prepares mutton chops for his family at home. If you didn't know about this pickling method, be sure to give it a try. You get meat that melts in your mouth. Even if you use a fairly dry part of the mutton, the mutton loin, this meat turns out to be very tender and juicy. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
600-700g mutton loin
About 250 ml of milk
Salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
Flour
2-3 eggs
These cutlets will be incredibly soft and tender
4 large potatoes
Small bulb of garlic
400 g mushrooms
1 onion
Black pepper
Salt
180 g sour cream
50ml water
50g butter
50-70 g hard Parmesan cheese
Bake at 200 degrees for 5-7 minutes
