A Beef recipe that can be made for the whole family for a holiday table or Sunday dinner. When we get together in a large group, I cook this dish from a large piece of beef with potatoes in the oven. Thanks to the marinade, stuffing and baking method, this meat always looks impressive and delights guests. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
2 kg beef (beef neck or less fatty beed loin)
80 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
About 2 teaspoons of salt
2 peppers
2 onions
120g bacon
150g cheese
You can also replace the peppers with tomatoes or mushrooms

1kg potatoes
A few cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Fry for 60 minutes at 200C, top/bottom heat with circulating air
After 60 minutes, remove the meat from the oven
Remove the foil and parchment paper
Brush the meat with the remaining marinade
Continue roasting in the lower third of the oven
Fry for about 30 minutes at 200C top/bottom heat with circulating air
If parts of the meat start to burn, cover with foil
Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes

Salad:
400 g white cabbage
Salt
1 apple
1 cucumber
Dill and green onions
120 g canned corn
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Serve with potatoes and gravy
