The key to handling diversity and opposing views successfully lies not so much in the differences, but in the dynamic that arises from the differences. Cultural differences and diversity are often approached as something difficult, as a problem that must be solved... which to us is a shame. We love to challenge you on what we feel is the main question: how much diversity can you handle?
We have a fresh and new approach on how to create inclusive cultures. Not just a focus on the usual suspects of diversity programs (gender, culture, age, religion), but also a clear view on the dynamics of differences and the key behaviors to make diversity work.
