Dowd: "Well, I do not know if it is outside the rule, I said it is possible that it could have an effect. I don’t know if it will ultimately will. What I think could happen is that the voters finally say oh, not that they do not like Donald Trump anymore, oh he is in trouble for the general election and we need to beat Joe Biden which is what they absolutely want to do and so I don’t think it will change the perception of Donald Trump. It may change the perception about Donald Trump’s capacity to win the election against Joe Biden."
