Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on December 8-10

▪️Fighting intensified in Lyman sector of the front. Russian fighters are advancing from Dibrova towards T erny and Yampolivka. The western part of Shyrokyi Ovrag is being mopped up.
▪️ Russian troops are systematically regaining previously lost positions in Bakhmut direction. In the northern flank of Russian Armed Forces, they managed to reach the eastern outskirts of Bohdanivka, the units are located 100 meters from the first houses.
▪️ In parallel with this, an offensive is underway in the direction of Hryhorivka and northwest to Orikhovo-Vasylivka. Russian Armed Forces are fighting for Kudlin's Balka, which separates Russian troops from a nearby settlement.
▪️ The sweeping of cottages and rural settlements located southwest of Bakhmut is also continuing. Russian Armed Forces align the front line both towards Ivanivske and Klishchiivka, striking at the AFU advance routes.
▪️ Near Avdiivka, Russian units continue to storm the AFU fortified area. On the northern flank, there are battles for forests in the direction of Novokalynove and Keramik. Russian Armed Forces are consolidating along the railway to Ocheretyne.
▪️ In Donetsk direction, Russian troops pushed through the enemy's defenses and took control of a new section in Mar'inka. The Russian flag was hoisted in the western part of the city on Polihrafichna St.
▪️ There are battles near Verbove in Orikhiv sector. Russian Armed Forces are advancing at Novofedorivka along the N-08 highway. According to preliminary data, Russian troops managed to advance about 1 kilometer.

▪️ In the clashes in Konkian alone, the government troops have lost over 150 military personnel. Furthermore, in Manton, militants from the Taang National Liberation Army have seized a military base with small arms and ammunition.
▪️ In addition, illegal armed groups have started using small UAVs actively against the positions of the Myanmar Armed Forces. In Chengtung, several raids using such drones resulted in the death of 13 people.
🔻There is also an increased militant activity in Chin State, where, according to government troops, ethnic militants have attacked Paletwa using artillery weapons, which they may have obtained as a trophy.
▪️ In the neighboring Maggue region, gangs have seized a checkpoint in the city of the same name, and two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were captured near the village of Pauk.
▪️ In the south in the Yangon region, militant attacks are becoming more frequent and effective. Five security officials were killed in a series of terrorist attacks at a police station.
🔻The situation in Myanmar has become so unstable that there has been rapid progress in the initiative to release prisoners and recruit them for military service. As of December 9, approximately 10,000 people have been accepted into the army.
At the same time, due to the active actions of militants across the country, the Myanmar leadership has imposed restrictions on movement on major roads and waterways. This has led to an increase in prices for essential goods and petroleum products, further worsening the situation in Myanmar.
