Government Gangstalking via V2K and helicopters for their entertainment...

Everytime I go outside there's a helicopter flying outside and a city filled with laughter for no reason. It doesn't bother me but it's obvious if so many people are laughing for no reason then someone is lying. If I were a criminal, or sex offender wouldn't I have gotten due process or wouldn't I be in jail/prison? Ask the right questions you'll get the right answers. Assume and you will make an ass out of yourself and Americas government covert harassment.
