Migrants being sent to Rwanda 'can no longer use human rights act' to avoid deportation

Sky's Anna Jones asks Northern Ireland Secretary Chris Heaton-Harris about the strength of the prime minister's authority, in light of immigration minister Robert Jenrick resigning from his post over "strong disagreements" with the government over the Rwanda policy.
He said the prime minister wrote to Mr Jenrick, telling him he "helped to deliver one of the strongest packages ever".
Mr Heaton-Harris went on to say "63% of people on the flight that was stopped from going to Rwanda used elements of the human rights act to say they should be staying in this country - that can no longer be used."
