Do we all have days, weeks, months or even years where we feel like we're blinded by the problems in front of us? Meditation can help clear your thoughts and bring about a higher level of clarity. Trust the process.

RELAX and BREATHE.

STEPS:
1 - Use the picture as a guide and imagine yourself as a bird sitting high in the canopy of a rainforest watching the sun rise and the fog (mental fog) slowly receding to bring about a new day. A better day. Breathe in and out the clean, crisp, cool air. Continue the exercise.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
