Otis Series 5 NEL! Otis Hydraulic Elevator - Atlantis Villas (N Myrtle Beach, SC)

This would've been filmed already in 2022 had I not gotten busted the first time. Thankfully, I was able to finally get a proper video of this rare elevator a year later, which has low pitch chimes and the Older Up/Down NEL chimes. Minus the horrible door operator and the beaten up panel, this thing runs fine for the most part. This elevator seems slow due to the layout of the building (which has two floor apartments, so technically Floor 3 is the 4th floor).
