The 14th Amendment is about to crumble. It is only used when it benefits the wrong people and has no ability to be self governed like the first 10-12 amendments.
If one amendment falls, I believe all the others behind it falls. I don’t think the 13th amendment will fall because it is simply Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation but again look it up. It’s not really the speech. They twisted it so don’t be shocked if the 13th amendment falls as well.
