I Found the Teen's Campsite and.. What is Going On Here? | Firewatch [2]

While playing I thought our sheets being at the girl's campsite confirmed that they were the ones who trashed our tower. In the moment I didn't put together that the girls thought WE destroyed their camp , and thus implying (IMO) that it likely wasn't them but perhaps someone else who trashed both and left our sheets there maybe? OR they did do it.. idk. All I know is I am clueless.

ALSO noticed I missed a couple of things in this one like a note that was in the outhouse and that I could have taken/radio'd about the missing persons flyer in one of the supply crates. I already played the next segment, but at some point I do intend to go back and get both of those things IF I can!]
