"Russian Knights" flying Su-35S's at Dubai Air Show 2023 The Russian Knights aerobatic team demonstrated aerial stunts and supermaneuverable capabilities of Su-35S fighter jets during the flight program at the Dubai Airshow 2023. The Russian pilots demonstrated a loop, a barrel roll and spinning at designated intervals and distances and also paired, solo and head-on aerobatics, the mirror and the bell. In addition, the fighter jets flew past spectators at a low altitude and at an extremely low speed. The Russian Knights is an aerobatic demonstration team of the Russian Air Force. Originally formed on April 5, 1991 at the Kubinka Air Base as a team of six Sukhoi Su-27s, the team was the first to perform outside the Soviet Union in September 1991 when they toured the United Kingdom.
