Jimmy Donaldson, who is known as the creator of the MrBeast channel and one of the top 3 YouTube channels in the world, did collaboration projects such as Team Trees and Team Seas with scientist Mark Rober to help plant trees and clean the oceans, built wells in Africa, and helped people who are blind get their vision back.
He also has his own product lines, such as Feastibles, which are average cholate bites sold in bags, and now Beast Burgers, which are his version of burgers that contain the standard buns and beef patty, and condiments that have a lack of vegetables.
Jimmy and friends made a video where they do a cross-country trip while trashing on big burger joints, and even the West Side's In-N-Out Burger, then says his brand is better.

But the problem came when Beast Burgers, which are made by ghost kitchens in several USA and England restaurants, the provider company, Virtual Dining Concepts that Jimmy did a deal with, had made sent out some takeout burgers that weren't as good as people thought they were.
The first Beast Burget opened in New Jersy in September of this year
Some people who tried the Beast Burgers, had commented on Twitter (X), "a terrible meme burger", "disgusting", and "revolting".
Now, this is a social media influencer's brand, and not everything they make is going to be perfect. People bought these because it has Jimmy's brand on it, but how good they may look or taste.

Jimmy made a lawsuit against VDC, making a claim that reads “Virtual Dining Concepts was more focused on rapidly expanding the business as a way to pitch the virtual restaurant model to other celebrities for its own benefit, it was not focused on controlling the quality of the MrBeast Burger customer experience and products.”
In response, a lawsuit by Virtual Dining Concepts reads “The complaint is riddled with false statements and inaccuracies and is a thinly veiled attempt to distract from Mr Donaldson’s and Beast Investments’ breaches of the agreements between the parties, including Mr Donaldson’s recent false, disparaging statements regarding the MrBeast brand and VDC.”
They accused Donaldson of filing this “meritless” lawsuit after VDC refused to accede to his “bullying tactics.”

People should keep in mind that not everything that a social media influencer promotes; whether it's their own brand product or something they support, you don't have to support everything they do.
