US Appeals Court Upholds NY Everyplace Is a Public Place Gun Ban, Claims Consistent with Breun

The US Appeals Court has upheld New York’s attempt at an end run around the Breun decision even though it is basically the same exact law that was struck down with only minor changes to it that don’t actually change anything that SCOTUS said was unconstitutional.
