Clearwater Mayor: I-Team investigation spurring action on burned recyclables

The mayor of Clearwater said the city is taking action to make sure less recycling ends up dumped in the trash after the ABC Action News I-Team found hundreds of tons of recyclables collected by residents is incinerated every month.
