Energy Update May 2020. What is EGO? How does EGO operate?

A wide variety of EGO lessons are coming up in the Collective, for balancing and harmonizing. As we download codes from the higher dimensions, our higher selves are merging with us and showing us all aspects of our Ego that need to be harmonized and integrated. This can show up in our lives as resistance as the Ego usually puts up walls. The Ego likes to hold on to what's familiar and comfortable and when faced with the unknown realms of higher evolution, it will immediately guide you in the opposite direction of growth as it likes to remain in the realm of the familiar and what's comfortable.

The EGO's guidance is based on the fear of getting Extinct. Your Higher Self's guidance is based on getting past your own resistance and breaking out of your comfort zone once in a while to get you to the next step of your Evolution.
