Hi friends, In this video I am making 3 new recipe favorites that I think you are going to enjoy. A skillet puffed pancake for breakfast, salmon with asparagus alfredo for lunch and Italian sausages with peppers and onions for dinner. I hope you will give them a try!!

Skillet Puffed Pancake

Baked Salmon
Set oven to 350o. Spray a casserole dish with oil. place salmon in the dish. spray with olive oil. season with seasoning salt. spread with a thin layer of mayo. Sprinkle with dill. bake for 20 minutes or 30 for a whole salmon.

Italian sausages with Peppers and Onions
Add olive oil to a large skillet. add in
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion sliced. Sauté until tender.
Remove casings from sausages. Cut into bite sized pieces. Remove onions and peppers from skillet and set aside. Add sausages to skillet. Brown for 10 minutes. Add the vegetables back in. Pour in 1 jar of the Rao's spaghetti sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes and serve.
