While Ohio celebrates the beginning of their adult use legalization law, their rep in Congress David Joyce is ready to file a Federal cannabis reform bill based on the STATES Act of 2018 that would legalize and "deschedule" the plant medicine that is cannabis sativa. The DEA warns Georgia Pharmacies not to distribute medicinal cannabis since it is still a schedule 1 product thus exposing the gap between Federal and State Law since that's the law now in that state.
