It's a missable cheevo!
I failed to remember so i had to collect in the New Game+ :)

Where is the guard? In the Alleyway behind the Bombchu Bowling Alley
He spawns the moment Zelda flees Hyrule Castle and will die either when you talk to him or when you enter the Sacred Realm!

So this cheevo is do-able in the New Game playthrough!
But easy to forget!
