Vinegar Tasting! Grolleau Gris Homemade Vinegar Tasting 1

Since I have had to cut back on my wine consumption considerably, I have decided to use the excess leftover wine to make vinegar! Of course, I wanted some help by seeding with apple cider vinegar with mother as well as distilled white vinegar; no idea if that's a good idea, but that's what my first experiment here shall be! Apparently I was supposed to add hydrogen peroxide as well? Get actual mother as well? Clearly I have no idea what I'm doing! It's been a month, so I will go ahead and taste this vinegar and then let it sit another month and compare. Make sure to leave a like and follow the channel if you enjoyed!
