Russia's Dep Ambassador to UN calls on Israel to stop shelling Gaza

During the UN Security Council meeting, Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s first deputy permanent representative to the UN, said that Hamas' actions on October 7 ‘cannot justify the crimes against humanity’ committed in Gaza and appealed to prevent further war crimes in the Palestinian enclave.
