Australia, France sign military access agreement as Aukus tension eases

Australia and France have signed an agreement that will provide reciprocal access to their military bases and training facilities.
This deal follows a public disagreement over the cancellation of a multibillion-dollar contract to construct conventional submarines, occurring more than two years ago.
