17 Filipino seafarers held captive by Houthis, slowly making contact with their families –DFA

Filipino seafarers, who were held captive by Houthi rebels, are now making contact with their families, as reported by the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The agency has also shared additional updates regarding their well-being.
