More On Confederates Stealing the Fruits of Their Slaves' Labor

Chicago is a fine example of slave dollars being stolen/wasted, every second of every day. Even the majority of it's citizens. They know much of the stolen money comes from the federal government. Being Confederates, they like the feeling of wasting the dollars of the slave class... working Americans.
