The SBU (https://telegra.ph/file/e9b3beda7cc8959601576.jpg) informed about the suspicion of an associate of the Motorola terrorist, who headed the occupying "Parliament of the DNR"

The security service documented the new crimes of the collaborator Artem Zhoga, the head of the so-called "people's council of the DNR" in temporarily occupied Donetsk.

His main task in this "position" is to spread the Kremlin regime under the guise of the work of a pseudo-parliament in the temporarily occupied part of the region.

He also takes a direct part in the distribution of "budgetary" expenses of the local occupation administration of the Russian Federation for the needs of the military formations of the aggressor country.

On the basis of the collected evidence, SBU investigators informed the perpetrator of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 5 Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity);
▪️ Part 1 Art. 111-2 (assistance to the aggressor state).

According to the investigation, back in 2014 Zhoga supported terrorists in the east of Ukraine and together with his son joined the Sparta group. There he became close to the terrorist Motorola and became his close friend and associate.

After the death of the leader, Zhoga's son led the group and fought against Ukraine until the spring of 2022, when it was destroyed near Volnovakha.

Then command of the terrorist unit passed to his father.

It was established that on May 9 of last year, Zhoga went to Moscow to receive from Putin the Star of the Hero of the Russian Federation, with which the occupiers awarded his son posthumously.

He was also present in the Kremlin during the signing by the President of the Russian Federation of the so-called "agreement on the accession to Russia" of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

In 2023, the attacker took part in the illegal elections in Donetsk from the Kremlin's United Russia party. According to the results of the fake plebiscite, Zhoga was appointed "head of the pseudo-parliament of the DNR".

We will remind that earlier, according to the SBU materials, Zhoga was sentenced in absentia to 12 years in prison for participation in a terrorist organization and illegal armed formations.

Since the perpetrator is hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, comprehensive measures are being taken to punish him.

The investigation was conducted by SBU employees in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office.
