It’s OFFICIAL | Twisted Metal Gets a 2nd Season

It was officially announced Twisted Metal will be renewed for a second season on Peacock. The high-octane action comedy starring Anthony Mackie and Stephanie Beatriz was a surprise hit this last summer.

The show was dropped all at once on Peacock and set audience viewership records for the streaming service. The success of the Twisted Metal series is another in an ever-growing list of successful adaptations of popular videos games. With the superhero genre starting to fade it’s looking more and more like video games are going to be the next thing for Hollywood.
