Kalamazoo officials say around 100 gallons of sewage overflowed

They got word of the issue around 8 a.m. and had the blockage removed from the sanitary sewer line at 8:45 a.m. The public catch basin that the sewage reached has been flushed and cleaned and normal flow has returned.
