Barry shouldn't have been the only resident of the megabuilding you can interact with. Fred as the melee weapon vendor and Robert as the gunstore owner are one thing, but I wanted to see more of the people actually living in the buildings apartments.

I could imagine a side job involving a rowdy party in an apartment leading to an irate neighbour complaining about the noise. V could either defuse a potentially violent outcome or sit back and passively watch things unfold.

There's already two NCPD officers banging on the door of an apartment early on, followed up by those same officers with a guy handcuffed on the floor when you walk by later.

Fred little training area with his combat bot is either empty or gets the space next to it roped off by NCPD as a crime scene. This could have been so much more!
