Ajit Atwal, 47, leapt into action when he noticed Roland Berzovskis, 42, making off with the jar of small change on October 23.

The 6ft 2ins bodybuilder used all of his 18 stone frame to bravely detain the shameless crook as he tried to flee the scene.
