A Black "White Supremacist"?

Can a Black or Non-White person be a "White Supremacist" or are they just tools? This channel does not in any way shape or form support hatred of any group we instead provide seeds of positivity. We want balance between all people, ensuring that those that need the most help get the most help. Any hate for any group is unwelcome here.
