Bob Dylan's 1965 masterpiece has been covered many times, but who did it best? In this video I review Bob's electrifying original at the Newport Folk Festival and four covers: Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stone, Bob Marley & the Wailers and Seal with Jeff Beck.
