Indianapolis councilor conducts business as usual amid calls to resign for child molestation charges

Councilor Jeff Miller attended a neighborhood meeting in Carsen Heights Tuesday where he spoke one-on-one with people in the community. Miller did not comment on his way into the meeting and did not answer questions of whether he plans to resign or whether he thinks he can effectively serve on council while facing criminal charges for child molestation.
