Introduction:
Transport your taste buds to the shores of the Mediterranean with our Loaded Greek Fries! Crispy fries are topped with a flavorful combination of feta, olives, tomatoes, and tzatziki, creating a taste explosion that's perfect for sharing or enjoying as a hearty appetizer. 🍟🥙🍅
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Fresh oregano, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Potato Fries:
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake Until Crispy:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the fries are golden and crispy, turning them halfway through.
