New stream type - Weightlifting in the Pain Cave.

Working out a new show for the stream. Weightlifting one day a week. Working mostly on legs and learning how to do pullups. Training for Olympic and Sprint Distance Triathlons. Mostly doing long-endurance lifts, 10-15 reps per set (since I can't afford a ton of weight plates just yet haha)
