Councilman Jeff Miller provides no comments on child molestation charges

Indianapolis councilman Jeff Miller did not comment on his way into a neighborhood meeting and did not answer questions of whether he plans to resign or whether he thinks he can effectively serve on council while facing criminal charges for child molestation.
