Wild Urban Gardens 2022 - Veg on the Edge: Starting the third year of the parking lot garden

Checking in on the Fence Garden at the edge of the parking lot for our apartment building. This is the third year of this experiment.

I just finished transplanting all the plants into their permanent containers.

3 basil
5 cucumbers - 3 dwarf varieties
6 giant marigolds
9 nasturtiums
20 peppers - 8 varieties
32 tomatoes - 12 varieties
and 40 tiny pepper plants (7 varieties) that I’ll have to wait and see how they do now that it’s warm outside.

All seedlings started by me, using tiny LED lights, in tiny greenhouses, in a basement with zero direct sunlight.

All heirloom, so I can save seeds.
