Info from Licensor: "3lb chihuahua 'Paco' trying on his snow boots for the first time this year to prepare for the harsh Wisconsin winters. He doesn’t have the luxury of living in a hot place like most of his fellow chihuahuas. Although he would prefer to be basking in a sunny spot inside the warm house, he enjoys his time outside so much! He will get used to his boots in no time and hopefully be able to play out in the snow like other dogs. Without the boots on he doesn’t leave the porch."
