Maxwell's name and those of some of the alleged abuse victims appear in the flight logs, said Assistant US Attorney Lara Pomerantz. Maxwell, 59, denies charges including trafficking girls for sex at the ongoing trial. The logs relate to four aircraft owned by Epstein including the Boeing and three Gulfstream jets. Records show how he made regular trips between his main homes in Manhattan and Palm Beach, as well as hundreds of flights to Los Angeles.

Virginia said she and other young victims were taken on board the jets and offered up to Epstein's powerful associates. Locations listed on the map include Epstein's homes along with London, the Bahamas, Granada and Tangiers. Epstein used his "seemingly unlimited wealth and resources, to create a web of transcontinental sex trafficking that served himself, his co-conspirators, and some of the most powerful people in the world," court papers claim. David Rodgers, another pilot who worked for Epstein, has previously said in court papers he once saw Prince Andrew on board with Virginia, who was then 17. She has filed a civil lawsuit against The Duke of York alleging she was trafficked to have sex with him at Maxwell's home in London. She also claims she was abused by the royal at Epstein's homes in New York and Little St James.
Andrew's name appears on flight log entries around this time - and he is listed in Epstein's so-called "Black Book" of powerful people, the documents state.
Andrew fiercely denies Virginia's allegations, saying he has no memory of even meeting her, and never saw or suspected any wrongdoing by Epstein during their friendship.

Prosecutor who helped craft Jeffrey Epstein plea deal resigns from DOJ A prosecutor who is being probed for helping negotiate the secret plea deal that allowed pedophile Jeffrey Epstein to avoid federal charges in 2008 has resigned from the Justice Department, her lawyer said Thursday.
A. Marie Villafaña will leave her post to join the federal Department of Health and Human Services — a move she had long planned, her attorney, Jonathan Biran, said.
“She is grateful for her career in the Justice Department and excited for a new opportunity at Health and Human Services,” Biran said.
Villafaña worked with several other federal prosecutors and her former boss, Alexander Acosta, to ditch a federal indictment of Epstein in 2008 and to charge him at the state level with minor prostitution charges, the Miami Herald reported.
Epstein was arrested in New Jersey in July and hit with federal sex-trafficking charges.
The Justice Department is now probing whether Acosta — President Trump’s former labor secretary — and other federal prosecutors including Villafaña illegally negotiated the plea deal that allowed Epstein to escape federal prosecution in 2008.

She claims Maxwell worked as Epstein’s madam, which she denies. Dershowitz and the prince deny her claims as well, setting off a series of legal actions between Dershowitz and Roberts’ attorneys that are later resolved in an out-of-court settlement. April: A federal judge rules that Roberts cannot join the federal Crime Victims’ Rights Act lawsuit and that her affidavit — accusing Prince Andrew and Dershowitz of having sex with her when she was underage — be stricken from the case. Dershowitz said the ruling meant he was vindicated. However, the judge does not address the veracity of Roberts’ claims, writing: “The factual details regarding with whom and where the Jane Does engaged in sexual activities are immaterial and impertinent to this central claim.’’ September: Roberts sues Maxwell in federal court in New York, claiming that Epstein’s alleged madam defamed her in public statements in the media. On April 16, 2019, Maria Farmer went public and filed a sworn affidavit in federal court in New York, alleging that she and her 15-year-old sister, Annie, had been sexually assaulted by Epstein and Maxwell in separate locations in 1996. Farmer met Epstein and Maxwell at her graduate art gallery reception at the New York Academy of Art in 1995. The following year, in the summer of 1996, they hired her to work on an art project in Leslie Wexner's Ohio mansion, where she was then sexually assaulted. Farmer reported the incident to the New York City Police Department and the FBI. Farmer's affidavit also stated that during the same summer, Epstein flew her then-15-year-old sister to his New Mexico property where he and Maxwell sexually abused her on a massage table.

On July 22, 2019, while in jail awaiting trial, Epstein was served with a petition regarding a pending state civil lawsuit filed by Jennifer Araoz. She stated that an associate for Epstein had recruited her outside Talent Unlimited High School at age 14 and she was gradually groomed for over a year before Epstein raped her in his New York City mansion when she was 15.
